Please confirm the following items:
・ Does TypeSquare Desktop Manager reside?
・ Is your computer connected to the Internet?
・ Make sure your account and password are correct.
・ Check if you are not signing in to TypeSquare Desktop Manager on another computer.
・ Check if you are not signing in to TypeSquare Desktop Manager on your OS logged in with your another account.
・ Is there any restriction by anti-virus software or firewall?
If your problem is not solved even if you confirmed the items as shown above, please try to uninstall TypeSquare Desktop Manager and reinstall it.
How to uninstall TypeSquare Desktop Manager
Note: Make sure to restart your computer after uninstalling.
Windows:
Go to Control Panel > Programs and Features, select "TypeSquare Desktop Manager" and uninstall it.
Mac:
Go to Macintosh HD / Applications / TypeSquare Desktop Manager folder and run “Uninstall TypeSquare Desktop Manager”.
